Class-One Government Approved Civil Contractor in Infrastructure

Established in 2010, Manisha Infracon Project Pvt. Ltd. is a premier Class-One Government Approved Civil Contractor based in Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra. Over the past 16+ years, we have built an unmatched reputation as a leading infrastructure developer specializing in all types of civil construction, B2B road projects, land development projects, industrial projects, and raw material supply.

Our operations are backed by robust self-owned infrastructure assets, including captive high-density black basalt quarries, an automated 200 TPH 3-stage VSI stone crushing plant, a 120 TPH computerized hot-mix asphalt plant, and SCADA-guided Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) batching plants. This end-to-end integration allows us to maintain 100% material quality control from raw rock extraction to final site placement.

With an in-house heavy contracting machinery fleet of over 150+ active vehicles—including sensor pavers, transit mixers, heavy excavators, compactors, and tippers—alongside an NABL-standard testing laboratory and qualified technical staff, Manisha Infracon guarantees precision and time-bound project execution across Maharashtra.

Standards

Material Control & Quality Inspections

Aggregate & Material Testing

Our certified testing facility conducts rigorous laboratory checks on all basalt materials and concrete batches before dispatch across Maharashtra. The tests verify physical properties to guarantee compliance with Indian Standards:

  • Aggregate Impact Value (AIV): Confirms resistance to sudden shock loads.
  • Aggregate Crushing Value (ACV): Measures dry strength limits under static loads.
  • Flakiness & Elongation Indexes: Confirms cubical shape factor, preventing thin stones.
  • Silt & Decantation Test: Ensures M-Sand and double-washed sand remain silt-free.

Screening & Grading Process

To ensure consistent grain distribution, our crusher and screening plant utilizes multi-deck vibratory screens. Sieve tests are performed during active shifts to keep particle gradings strictly within PWD Maharashtra & MORTH specifications:

  • Concrete Aggregates (20mm, 10mm): Precision-graded to eliminate voids in structural concrete.
  • Plastering Sands (Crushed Sand): Sorted for superior workability and crack-free plaster.
  • Granular Sub-Base (GSB): Expertly blended for national highways and regional infrastructure.

Compliance & Standards

Our stone aggregates and RMC concrete products are manufactured to comply with Indian national codes and PWD standards and benchmarks:

  • IS 383:2016: Specifications for coarse and fine aggregates from natural sources for concrete.
  • IS 456:2000: Code of practice for plain and reinforced concrete structures.
  • MORTH & PWD Specifications: Density and drainage standards for road sub-bases & pavements.
  • IRC Guidelines: Standard grading curves for Indian national & state highway construction.

Site Safety Guidelines

In accordance with DGMS (Directorate General of Mines Safety) codes and Govt of India mining norms:

  • Mandatory PPE suites for all quarry crews and lab technicians.
  • Daily multi-point safety checks on heavy loaders, excavators, and dumpers.
  • High-pressure dust suppression misting systems across all screening zones.
  • Quarterly safety drills and certified health checks for excavation teams.
