We manufacture high-grade basalt stone aggregates in sizes: 80 MM, 60 MM, 40 MM, 20 MM, 10 MM, and 6 MM. We also produce Granular Sub Base (GSB), Crush Sand (M-Sand), Cone Sand (masonry plaster sand), and washed sand.

VSI (Vertical Shaft Impact) aggregates are shaped by high-velocity rock-on-rock collisions, creating cubical particles. This shape improves concrete workability, reduces cement/sand demands, and increases compressive strength.

Crush Sand (M-Sand) is manufactured by crushing hard blue basalt rocks and is graded to meet zone-II sand standards. It contains no organic silt or clay impurities, providing stronger bonding in concrete structures compared to river sand.

M-Sand (Wash Sand) is manufactured concrete sand produced by 200 TPH VSI crushers and hydro-cyclone double-washed to eliminate silt, making it ideal for structural concrete, RCC slabs, and columns. P-Sand (Wash Sand) is fine micro-sieved plaster sand that is double-washed to ensure an ultra-smooth, crack-free finish for interior and exterior wall plastering.

Wash Sand is M-Sand that has been washed twice in our washing plant to extract basalt dust particles. This ensures cleaner concrete mixing and maximizes structural compression limits.

All our basalt aggregates and manufactured sands comply with Indian Standard codes (IS:383) and Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MORTH) road specifications.

To ensure logistical efficiency, our standard minimum order quantity for basalt aggregates, GSB, and manufactured sand is 10 metric tons.

Material cost is calculated per metric ton. Final pricing varies depending on the specific aggregate grade, quantity ordered, and delivery distance from our plant.

Crushed Sand (M-Sand Wash Sand) is double-washed manufactured sand engineered as a silt-free, high-strength alternative to river sand for RCC concrete slabs and masonry mortar.

Granular Sub Base (GSB) is used for the lower foundation layer. For upper base layers, 40 MM and 60 MM coarse aggregates are used to provide stability and support heavy traffic loads.
